ISO 5211 Mounting Pad Ball Valve Stainless Steel lever operated with Locking Device
Direct Mounted Ball Valve provide an integral ISO 5211 mounting pad which allows an actuator or Gearbox to be mounted directly without the need for brackets or couplers, resulting in a much more compact structure. The mounting pad is less subject to corrosion due to the absence of an external bracket. ISO 5211 Direct mounting pad provides a cost-effective solution for electric / pneumatic actuated ball valves.
Based on the convenient assembly of the actuators, ISO 5211 Direct Mounting Pad Ball Valves could be switched from manual operation to electric or pneumatic operation without major modification of the valve.
ISO 5211 Mounting Pad Ball Valves are normally 3-piece valves with 304 / 316 stainless steel materials. It is available with NPT or socket weld ends in sizes ¼” through 4” and up to 1000 WOG pressure. These valves are available with a locking lever handle. A live loaded, blow-out proof, anti-static stem is standard with full port flow to give minimal pressure drop at full open conditions. These valves are widely used in applications of the chemical, hydraulic, food processing, water, oil and gas industries.
